For the Dreamforce Hub in San Francisco, we worked with Great Scott Projects & Events and Salesforce Ben to create a dynamic, sponsor-focused event environment. Using CAD drawings, detailed floorplans, and a full digital walkthrough, we refined the venue flow and established a clear strategy for how visitors would move through the space.
Our team developed custom sponsor booths with precise wall dimensions and strong branding opportunities, while recommending layout changes that reduced rental requirements and improved the attendee experience. High-quality renders allowed all stakeholders to confidently visualise and approve every element of the design.
The result was a clear, actionable event plan that combined practical spatial planning with bold, effective branding. The final designs elevated sponsor visibility, streamlined production needs, and laid the groundwork for a seamless and impactful event execution.
