The Hearth Summit
Ljubljana, Slovenia
For The Hearth Summit in Ljubljana, Slovenia, we worked with The Wellbeing Project and Forum Europe to design, deliver, and manage event spaces at Cankarjev Dom, Krizanke Open Air Theatre, and Ljubljana Castle. The summit brought together over 800 global changemakers to explore social and ecological challenges through workshops, artistic sessions, and creative experiences. Ljubljana’s cultural richness and focus on sustainability provided the perfect backdrop for this gathering.
We designed and built the summit’s central “home base” at Cankarjev Dom, creating a welcoming hub for networking and events, while transforming Ljubljana Castle and Krizanke Open Air Theatre into vibrant venues for catering and performances. Inspired by the summit’s branding and values, we delivered adaptable, multifunctional spaces with a strong emphasis on sustainability, alongside full project management and event coordination.
The result was a seamless, engaging experience that reflected the summit’s ethos. Post-event, we furthered sustainability by donating furniture to local charities and returning materials to suppliers for reuse, leaving a lasting, responsible impact.
