Welsh Food Festival
Blaenau Gwent, Wales
For the inaugural Brynmawr Welsh Food Festival, we worked with Polly Events and Blaenau Gwent to deliver a comprehensive event plan for a brand-new celebration of local food and culture in the town centre.
Using council maps and planning data, we created scaled layouts optimising stall placement based on street gradients, pedestrian flow, and accessibility. We developed multiple concepts before finalising a design that balanced operational needs with a great visitor experience.
We also mapped power supply points, signage placement, furniture requirements, and equipment needs, supported by high-quality renders and a detailed planning document to bring every element together. The result was a clear, actionable blueprint that gave the client confidence to launch this new community festival.
