The Story
An international parliamentary congress held in Brussels brought together policymakers, delegates and invited guests for a programme of presentations, discussion and formal proceedings.
We were commissioned to develop the event environment, creating a welcoming arrival experience, branded public spaces and a stage design that supported the programme while reflecting the identity of the event.
Working within a prestigious city centre venue, the project required careful planning to balance visitor experience, operational requirements and the formal nature of the occasion.
The Challenge
The event required a carefully planned entrance sequence that allowed registration, security procedures and visitor movement to operate smoothly.
Working remotely, we developed the design using venue plans and digital recordings, ensuring the arrival areas, lobby, auditorium and stage could function effectively while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.

The Solution
Using detailed venue information, we designed the entrance, registration and lobby areas to improve visitor flow while supporting efficient security and check in procedures.
We developed the stage design and branded environments using existing visual assets, creating a consistent experience throughout the venue. Existing furniture and venue infrastructure were incorporated wherever possible to support a more sustainable and efficient approach.
Detailed layouts, visualisations and planning documentation were produced to provide suppliers and project teams with a clear framework for delivery.
